How does this free timesheet calculator calculate daily hours?
It calculates the total duration between Clock In and Clock Out, subtracts your unpaid break minutes (such as 30 or 60 min lunch breaks), and splits the time between standard regular hours and overtime hours based on your configured threshold.
How is overtime calculated?
You can choose either Daily Overtime (hours worked beyond 8 hours in a single day) or Weekly Overtime (hours worked beyond 40 hours in a 7-day period). The overtime multiplier (e.g. 1.5x time-and-a-half or 2.0x double-time) is automatically applied to your base hourly rate.
