Wokaim is designed to support statutory employment, wage, and attendance compliance. Timesheet submissions, approval timestamps, and attendance logs are permanently tracked with tamper-evident metadata to assist organizations during official payroll and labor audits.
2. Cookie & Local Storage Policy
We believe in minimal, transparent client-side storage:
- Strictly Necessary Tokens: We utilize encrypted local storage tokens strictly to maintain active authentication sessions and JWT authorization headers.
- Preference Cookies: Basic state variables (such as UI dark/light mode preference).
- No Tracking Cookies: We do NOT employ third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or behavioral profiling scripts.
3. Digital Policy Sign-Off & Audit Trails
Our onboarding compliance module records verifiable electronic signatures when employees acknowledge company policies. Each acknowledgement stores the exact policy version, employee ID, IP address, and server timestamp, creating a legally defensible audit record for corporate compliance.
4. Cloud Infrastructure & Data Residency
All backend services, MySQL databases, Redis caches, and MinIO object storage clusters run in dedicated, secure virtual private server environments with strict firewall ingress limits (SSH port 22 and HTTPS port 443 only).
